• As part of the cash flow projections we will agree with you your need for personal income and ensure that this is correctly built into the cash flow so that you are able to maintain a lifestyle to meet your needs whilst also maintaining business viability

We can then, if you so wish, send the information that we have prepared on your behalf, together with other background information that we produce, to the major clearing banks to arrange a competitive loan.  We will take all the data that we have prepared for you and formulate it into an acceptable business plan for proposed lenders.  We believe that if the banks see that we have been involved in preparing such an exercise, you are more likely to gain funding to the level that you require.  We are confident that we would be able to negotiate both low interest rates, minimal possible security of loan and low arrangement fees.
