Our level of support is as follows:
- Calculate the goodwill value of the proposed purchase, for which we will need the latest three sets of practice accounts. We also ask that a questionnaire giving more background on the practice be completed. A copy of this can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.
- From our analysis of the accounts and other practice information, we would raise issues which, in our view, should be discussed prior to entering into a partnership.
- We will raise issues relating to the future strategic direction of the practice. If there are any matters that concern us we would draw this to your attention.
- We will raise with you what we consider are future partnership issues and how these should be addressed. These are likely to link in with your partnership agreement and we can, if you wish, liaise with your solicitor to ensure that you are fully protected.
- We will discuss with you the level of income that you require to meet your personal situation and ensure that, having met any loan repayments that are needed, income is maintained.
We can then, if you so wish, send the information that we have prepared on your behalf, together with other background information that we produce, to the major clearing banks to arrange a competitive loan. We are confident that we would be able to negotiate both low interest rates, minimal possible security of loan and low arrangement fees.
